Wondering what to expect on your first visit to our office? First—and most importantly—expect to be treated as a welcome guest and valued patient. We are pleased to have you be a part of our practice, and our team is here to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
Our Office Hours
Haslam Family Dental sees patients by appointment on the following schedule:
|Monday||9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.|
|Tuesday||9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.|
|Wednesday||8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.|
|Thursday||9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.|
After-hours appointments are available to established patients in emergency situations.
Where We’re Located
Our dental office is located at 3307 Grand Avenue, Suite 105 on the Billings West End. For your convenience, we offer plenty of parking in front of and at the side of our building. To access our parking area from Grand Avenue, please turn north on Golden Boulevard, then take your first left.
What to Bring With You
We do suggest that you arrive at your appointment approximately 10 minutes early so all initial paperwork may be completed. Please bring with you:
- Photo ID
- Your insurance card (if insured)
- Any co-payment required by your insurance company
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Completed new patient form(s)
During Your Appointment
When you arrive, you will be greeted by a member of our team and checked in at our front desk. At that time, your insurance information and other information will be collected.
As soon as we are able, we will escort you back to our treatment area, where we will ask you a series of questions and perform an initial examination. Depending on the reason for your visit, whether a routine cleaning, extraction or addressing tooth pain or decay, Dr. Haslam will discuss treatment recommendations and plans with you.
Treatment may occur during your appointment or, if necessary, one or more follow-up visits set to complete the treatment plan. If a referral to a specialist is needed, Dr. Haslam and his team will provide you with options and information.
